We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Female Sales Coordinator to join our growing team.
Requirements:
- Female candidate
- Currently residing in Qatar
- With transferable visa
- Valid driving license (mandatory)
- Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings when required
- Previous experience in sales coordination, hospitality, marketing, or customer relations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong organizational and administrative abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Presentable with a professional appearance
- Can join immediately
Responsibilities:
- Assist in generating and following up on sales leads
- Coordinate with clients regarding hospitality services, events, and marketing campaigns
- Prepare quotations, proposals, contracts, and sales reports
- Maintain and update client databases
- Support the sales and marketing team in achieving business targets
- Coordinate meetings, presentations, and client visits
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners
- Assist in planning and executing promotional and marketing activities
