- The Sales Assistant is tasked with driving sales and ensuring customers have a positive experience during their visits. This role includes maintaining the aesthetics and operational standards of the store through assigned duties. A successful Sales Assistant will embody the brand spirit, exhibiting an energetic and personable approach to customer interactions, thereby enhancing customer satisfaction and retention. What You Will Do:
General
- Generate sales while ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Perform various operational duties as assigned by the store management.
- Maintain store standards and cleanliness to create a sparkling clean and organized environment.
- Greet customers immediately upon entering the store with a smile and sincere non-business-like greeting.
- Provide customers with current relevant information about products.
- Deliver quality service in the fitting rooms and attempt to add on to sales.
- Provide efficient service at the cash wrap, offer gift cards, and maintain cleanliness.
- Capture customer information in the database.
