Position Overview:
We are hiring experienced Real Estate Agents focused on Dubai’s secondary market (ready properties – sales & leasing). This is a commission-only role which is Upto 70% commission, designed for agents who want to maximize their earnings and operate with independence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle buying, selling, and leasing of ready properties in the Dubai secondary market.
- Prospect for leads, list new properties, and conduct viewings.
- Negotiate offers and finalize deals with professionalism and efficiency.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current listings, communities, and market trends.
- Build long-term relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors.
- Ensure compliance with all RERA and legal documentation requirements.
Requirements:
- Freshers are welcome, & 1 year of experience in secondary market real estate in Dubai is preffered.
- Proven sales track record in closing secondary property deals.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, driven, and goal-oriented.
- UAE driving license and car preferred.
- RERA certification is an advantage.
