Job Title: Sales Agent (Commission-Based)

Job Overview:

We are seeking experienced and results-driven Sales Agents with a background in IT software sales to join our team. This is a commission-only role, where you will earn based on your sales performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT software solutions and a proven ability to close deals in this competitive industry.

Visa Sponsorship Conditions:

As part of the hiring process, you will be eligible for visa sponsorship if you successfully close at least one deal within the first 1-2 months of your employment. If no deal is closed within this period, the visa process will not be initiated, and your employment will not continue.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and reach out to potential clients in the IT sector who would benefit from our software solutions.
Sales Presentations & Demos: Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations tailored to the needs of potential clients.
Negotiation & Closing Deals: Work with clients through the negotiation phase and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, lead progress, and deal status to management.
Collaboration: Work with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and improve conversion rates.

Qualifications:

IT Software Sales Experience: Proven experience in selling IT software solutions or technology products, with a solid understanding of software features and their benefits for businesses.
Sales Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in a sales role (preferably in the IT or tech industry) with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with prospects, deliver product demos, and negotiate terms effectively.
Self-Motivated & Goal-Oriented: Ability to work independently, set personal goals, and meet performance metrics in a commission-based environment.
Adaptability & Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to adjust sales tactics based on client needs and overcome objections.
Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools and basic knowledge of IT software and technology.
