Requirements:
- Experience of no less than 5 years in operations and branch management.
- Proven experience in managing and operating more than 7 branches.
- Ability to lead teams and achieve operational performance indicators.
- Strong skills in planning, organizing, problem-solving, and decision-making.
- Ability to prepare reports, analyze performance, and develop improvement plans.
- Experience in retail, restaurant, or café sectors is preferred (depending on the company’s activity).
Main Responsibilities:
- Supervising operational activities across all branches.
- Monitoring branch managers’ performance and ensuring policy and procedure implementation.
- Improving operational quality and enhancing performance efficiency.
- Tracking operational and financial KPIs.
- Developing continuous improvement plans to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.
