The Security Security Supervisor is responsible for overseeing security operations to ensure the safety and security of employees, visitors, company assets, and premises.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage security personnel and daily security operations.
- Prepare and manage duty rosters, shift schedules, and manpower deployment.
- Ensure all entry and exit procedures for employees, visitors, contractors, and vehicles are strictly followed.
- Monitor CCTV systems, access control systems, and other security equipment.
- Conduct regular patrols and inspections.
- Investigate security incidents, accidents, theft, or breaches and submit detailed incident reports.
- Coordinate with local authorities, police, civil defense, and emergency services whenever required.
- Ensure compliance with company Health, Safety, and Security (HSE) policies.
- Conduct security risk assessments and recommend preventive measures.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate security personnel to maintain high performance standards.
- Ensure fire safety equipment and emergency evacuation procedures are regularly inspected and tested.
- Maintain records of incidents, visitor logs, access cards, keys, and security equipment.
- Handle disciplinary issues related to security staff and recommend corrective actions.
- Monitor contractor activities and ensure compliance with site security requirements.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly security reports for management.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and coordinate appropriate action.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding company information and security matters.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Security Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Valid Security Supervisor/Officer certification (where applicable).
- First Aid and Fire Safety certification is an advantage.
- UAE driving license is preferred.
Experience
- Security Supervisor: Minimum 3–5 years of security experience, including at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of security operations, CCTV, access control, and surveillance systems.
- Incident investigation and report writing skills.
- Risk assessment and emergency response planning.
- Decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Good knowledge of Dubbai security regulations and HSE standards.
- Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, email, security management systems).
Working Conditions
- Rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays when required.
- Ability to respond to emergencies outside normal working hours.
- Regular patrols involving standing, walking, and outdoor work
Pay: AED3,000.00 – AED4,000.00 per month
