We are looking for a motivated and experienced Senior Sales Specialist to join our growing team and help drive business growth through strategic client acquisition and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Generate new business opportunities and close deals with potential clients.
* Conduct meetings and presentations with brands and agencies.
* Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships.
* Prepare customized proposals and strategic sales plans.
* Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and campaign execution.
* Update CRM system and prepare regular sales reports.
* Stay updated on market trends, digital marketing, and influencer campaigns.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
* 2–4 years of experience in sales or business development.
* Previous experience in marketing, advertising, or media agencies is preferred.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Good understanding of digital marketing and influencer marketing industry.
* Self-motivated, target-oriented, and professional attitude.
* Must own a car and have a valid driving license.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Job Details:
Location: Riyadh
Working Hours: 9 hours/day (including 1-hour break)
Two days off per week
