Position Overview:
Join our team as a Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and drive profitability. You’ll manage staff, handle customer relations, and maintain high operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day restaurant operations and staff scheduling
- Ensure excellent customer service standards and handle guest complaints professionally
- Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and maximize profitability
- Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant and service staff
- Maintain health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Manage reservations, table management, and peak hour operations
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
- Implement restaurant policies and procedures
- Analyze sales data and develop strategies to increase revenue
Required Qualifications:
- Strong leadership and team management skills

Pay: AED8,000.00 – AED15,000.00 per month
