IT & Web Development Executive
Location: Industrial Area 11, Sharjah, UAE
Job Type: Full-Time
Khadlaj Perfumes is seeking a skilled and proactive IT & Web Development Executive to manage the company’s IT infrastructure, provide technical support to users, and develop, maintain, and optimize corporate websites and digital platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth IT operations while supporting the company’s online presence, e-commerce activities, cybersecurity, and digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day IT support to all employees across departments.
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, email, and connectivity issues.
- Manage user accounts, access permissions, and system security.
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, internet connectivity, routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Support ERP, CCTV, access control systems, and other business applications.
- Perform regular system backups and ensure data security.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
- Coordinate with external vendors for IT services, software, and hardware procurement.
- Ensure compliance with company IT policies and cybersecurity standards.
Web Development & Digital Platforms
- Design, develop, maintain, and enhance company websites and web applications.
- Manage and update WordPress, Shopify, or other e-commerce and CMS platforms.
- Develop responsive and mobile-friendly web pages.
- Optimize website performance, speed, security, and SEO.
- Integrate APIs, payment gateways, and third-party applications.
- Monitor website analytics and recommend improvements.
- Troubleshoot website issues and implement corrective actions.
- Support digital marketing initiatives through website enhancements and landing page development.
- Ensure website content, product information, and digital assets are properly maintained.
Information Security & Compliance
- Implement cybersecurity best practices and preventive measures.
- Monitor and protect company systems against unauthorized access and cyber threats.
- Ensure confidentiality, integrity, and security of company data.
- Support disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support, system administration, and web development.
- Strong knowledge of:
- HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL
- WordPress and Shopify
- Microsoft 365 Administration
- Windows Operating Systems
- Networking (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, Routers, Switches)
- Cybersecurity and Data Protection
- Experience with ERP, HRMS, and business application support is preferred.
- Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and website optimization techniques.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities independently.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in e-commerce website management.
- Knowledge of graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.
- Familiarity with cloud services and hosting environments.
- Experience with API integrations and database management.
- Understanding of AI tools and business automation solutions.

Pay: AED5,000.00 – AED7,000.00 per month
