Relationship Officer Jobs in Dubai at MABEAAT
We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Relationship Officer to join our banking sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling credit cards and personal loan products to new and existing customers, building strong client relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell banking products including Credit Cards and Personal Loans
- Identify potential customers through field sales, tele-calling, referrals, and networking
- Generate leads and convert prospects into customers
- Explain product features, eligibility criteria, benefits, fees, and repayment terms clearly
- Assist customers with documentation and application submission
- Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business and referrals
- Follow up on pending applications and customer inquiries
- Achieve individual and team sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferred)
- Minimum 1–2 years of sales experience in banking, financial services, or direct sales
- Experience in Credit Card / Personal Loan sales is an advantage
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
- Good knowledge of UAE banking products and market trends
