Responsibilities:
- Setting up and maintaining clean treatment rooms to secure the highest standards
- Screening customer’s face with 3D visualization systems, taking pre- and post-treatment photos according to protocols
- Supporting aesthetic doctors during procedures and recording details of every treatment plan
- Educating clients on treatment and care plans and answering their questions
- Rapidly and effectively communicating all medical issues to a medical doctor or relevant leader
- Securing that consumable stock levels are maintained and recorded to ensure that the appropriate and efficient use of supplies are being administered
- Liaising with other nursing, medical and administrative staff to maintain and improve DHA standards ensuring exacting clinical standards and peace of mind for all customers
- Demonstrating effective communication and collaboration skills when interacting with clients, other healthcare team members and staff of other departments
- Assuming responsibility for own professional growth identifying those areas of clinical knowledge and skills that need further development
- Advocating for excellence in client care, maintaining high level of confidentiality of all client information, maintaining privacy and dignity for all clients
- Acting as a preceptor and/or resource for new employees and other staff
- Participating in performance improvement activities
Requirements:
- Previous nursing experience in dermatology, aesthetic, or cosmetics field
- Excellent hand and eye coordination
- In-depth knowledge of local health authority regulations and patient safety standards
- Outstanding communication, organizational and multi-tasking skills
