Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Review and shortlist resumes based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and phone interviews.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate information in recruitment databases or ATS systems.
- Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback, and offers.
- Assist with preparing job postings and recruitment advertisements.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Support the HR team with recruitment and talent acquisition activities.
- Maintain confidentiality of candidate and company information.
- Meet recruitment timelines and assigned hiring targets.
