The HR Recruiter will be responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment processes, sourcing top talent, conducting interviews, and coordinating with clients to fulfill hiring requirements across multiple industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and screen candidates through job portals and social platforms
- Conduct initial interviews and shortlist qualified candidates
- Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Build strong relationships with clients and job seekers
- Achieve monthly hiring targets and deadlines
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of UAE experience in recruitment
- Previous experience in recruitment or HR (agency experience preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Knowledge of UAE job market is an advantage
Sponsor’s Visa prefered
Pay: AED3,500.00 – AED4,000.00 per month
