Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our dynamic team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail hiring and a passion for talent acquisition.
Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for retail positions.
Source and screen candidates for various retail roles.
Conduct interviews and provide recommendations based on candidate suitability.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the hiring needs and requirements.
HADAF/Tawteem/Tamheer/Ajeer hiring.
Maintain and update candidate databases.
Experience in Qiwa contract and Iqama renewal, Iqama profession, etc.
Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
Provide insights on market trends and recruitment strategies.
Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in retail hiring.
Fluent in both English and Arabic (written and spoken).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of the Saudi Arabian labor market.
Saudi National only.
