Job Summary: The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for developing and executing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent across all departments. This role oversees the full recruitment lifecycle, builds strong partnerships with hiring managers, enhances employer branding, and ensures a smooth and efficient hiring process aligned with the company’s strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to meet hiring needs across the organization.
  • Forecast future talent needs in collaboration with business leaders and workforce planning.

Team Leadership & Operations

  • Lead and mentor the talent acquisition team, ensuring performance goals are met.
  • Establish KPIs to track recruitment efficiency and continuously improve processes.

Sourcing & Selection

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for key and executive roles.
  • Oversee candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations.
  • Ensure consistent, inclusive, and legally compliant hiring practices.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and candidate profiles.
  • Provide strategic talent market insights and consult on best practices.

Employer Branding & Candidate Experience

  • Promote the company’s employer brand through social media, events, and partnerships.
  • Drive a positive and engaging candidate experience from application to onboarding.

Technology & Reporting

  • Optimize the use of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR tech tools.
  • Generate and analyze recruitment reports, metrics, and dashboards.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • +5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of managing full-cycle recruitment in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, recruitment marketing, and HR best practices.
  • Experience with ATS platforms and HR analytics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
