Our client is seeking an experienced and service-oriented Recreation & Lifestyle Experience Lead to oversee the day-to-day operations of premium recreation, leisure, and lifestyle facilities while delivering exceptional experiences to a discerning clientele.
This role is ideal for a hospitality professional with a background in luxury hotels, private clubs, members' clubs, high-end resorts, or exclusive lifestyle destinations. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a seamless, welcoming, and personalized environment, ensuring the highest standards of guest service, facility operations, and team coordination.
The role requires exceptional interpersonal skills, strong operational oversight, and the ability to engage confidently with VIP, VVIP, and high-net-worth individuals while maintaining the utmost discretion and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of recreation, leisure, lifestyle, lounge, and member facilities, ensuring exceptional service standards at all times.
• Deliver personalized and memorable experiences for guests, members, and visitors, with a strong focus on VIP and VVIP service excellence.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for guest inquiries, requests, and concerns, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
• Maintain the highest standards of facility presentation, cleanliness, safety, and operational readiness.
• Coordinate and manage recreational activities, events, and lifestyle programs that enhance guest engagement and satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with members, residents, guests, and key stakeholders to foster a welcoming community environment.
• Lead, motivate, and coordinate front-line teams to ensure seamless service delivery and operational efficiency.
• Conduct regular team briefings and ensure adherence to established service standards, policies, and procedures.
• Monitor guest feedback and implement service improvement initiatives to continuously enhance the customer experience.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external service providers to ensure smooth execution of daily operations and special events.
• Handle sensitive situations, complaints, and service recovery matters with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment.
• Support management in developing and implementing guest experience strategies, operational improvements, and hospitality best practices.
