Financial Accountant – Riyadh, KSA
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records and complete bookkeeping in line with accounting standards.
- Handle Zakat and VAT calculations, filings, and compliance as per KSA regulations.
- Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Income Statement).
- Record and reconcile daily bank receipts and payments with bank statements.
- Perform regular vendor and customer account reconciliations.
- Calculate taxes and prepare timely statutory returns to ensure compliance.
- Manage receipt notifications and ensure accurate financial tracking.
- Provide backup support to the Dubai B2C billing team during critical periods.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience as a Financial Accountant (KSA experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Zakat & VAT regulations in Saudi Arabia.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
- Good analytical skills with attention to detail.
