Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Plumbing Project Engineer to join a leading MEP contracting company in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in plumbing project execution, particularly on high-rise residential and commercial developments, with mandatory experience delivering Emaar projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and execute plumbing works from project initiation through completion.
- Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and internal project teams.
- Ensure project execution complies with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress, manpower, materials, and subcontractor performance.
- Resolve technical and site-related issues to maintain project schedules.
- Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and company procedures.
- Prepare progress reports and coordinate inspections and project handovers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 10+ years of experience in MEP project execution.
- Mandatory experience executing Emaar projects in the UAE.
- Strong expertise in plumbing systems for high-rise residential and commercial buildings.
- Excellent knowledge of UAE building codes and MEP standards.
- Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
- UAE experience is mandatory.
Pay: AED16,000.00 – AED18,000.00 per month
