Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable Admin Assistant to support daily operations related to office and warehouse facilities, assets, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate maintenance and upkeep of office and warehouse facilities
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory levels
- Oversee company vehicle maintenance, registration, and insurance
- Track and renew leases, licenses, and permits
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and authorities
- Maintain records of assets, contracts, and documentation
Requirements:
- Graduate of any Bachelor’s Degree
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- 3–5 years of admin or facilities experience
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Knowledge of leases, licenses, and vehicle management
Preferred:
- Experience in facilities or operations support within UAE/GCC
- With valid UAE driving license
Pay: AED5.00 – AED10.00 per day
