Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable Admin Assistant to support daily operations related to office and warehouse facilities, assets, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate maintenance and upkeep of office and warehouse facilities
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory levels
  • Oversee company vehicle maintenance, registration, and insurance
  • Track and renew leases, licenses, and permits
  • Liaise with vendors, service providers, and authorities
  • Maintain records of assets, contracts, and documentation

Requirements:

  • Graduate of any Bachelor’s Degree
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • 3–5 years of admin or facilities experience
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Knowledge of leases, licenses, and vehicle management

Preferred:

  • Experience in facilities or operations support within UAE/GCC
  • With valid UAE driving license

Pay: AED5.00 – AED10.00 per day
