We are looking for a receptionist to work full-time in our office in Sharjah.

Responsibilities:

Greeting and welcoming visitors, clients, and employees.

Answering phone calls, taking messages, and directing calls to the appropriate person or department.

Managing the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and well-organized.

Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

Scheduling appointments and meetings.

Providing information and assistance to visitors.

Operating and maintaining computer systems and peripheral equipment.

Entering data into computer systems accurately and efficiently.

Running and monitoring computer programs and processes.

Troubleshooting and resolving basic computer and software issues.

Backing up data and ensuring data security.

Job Type:Full-time

Pay:AED2,000.00 – AED2,500.00 per month

Language Requirements:

Urdu and Punjabi (Required)
