With an industry-leading 50% commission split and full visa support, you will have the flexibility and resources to build a lucrative real estate portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Deal Generation & Closing: Prospect, network, and convert leads into active buyers, sellers, or tenants across off-plan and secondary markets.
- Client Advisory: Guide clients through property selection, market trends, pricing strategies, and legal procedures in Dubai’s real estate sector.
- Property Viewings: Conduct property presentations, viewings, and open houses for potential clients.
- Negotiation: Lead price and terms negotiations between buyers and sellers to achieve optimal outcomes and secure successful closings.
- Market Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, RERA regulations, developer projects, and investment trends.
Candidate Profile & Requirements
- Experience: Previous experience in Dubai real estate sales is strongly preferred.
- Skills: Outstanding communication, persuasion, negotiation, and deal-closing skills.
- Mindset: Highly self-motivated, target-driven, resilient, and capable of working independently.
- Availability: Immediate joiners preferred.
- Languages: English proficiency is mandatory; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, French, etc.) are a advantage.
