Operations Executive Jobs in Dubai at AL RAYAN EXPRESS CARGO LLC
Key Responsibilities:
- Book trucks for UAE & GCC shipments.
- Track vehicle movement and ensure timely delivery.
- Provide shipment updates and maintain strong client relations.
- Coordinate with transport vendors and drivers.
- Handle customs clearance with brokers (UAE/GCC).
- Maintain shipment records, PODs, and operational reports.
- Resolve operational issues and ensure smooth cargo movement
Requirements:
- 0 – 2years experience in logistics/transport operations.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
- Knowledge of UAE & GCC road transport and customs procedures.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- MS Office proficiency.
Pay: AED2,500.00 – AED3,500.00 per month
