Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance and operation of our properties and facilities. The successful candidate will ensure all buildings, equipment, and services are maintained efficiently, safely, and in line with company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operation and maintenance of company facilities.
- Plan and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Supervise maintenance teams, contractors, and service providers.
- Monitor maintenance schedules and ensure timely completion of work.
- Oversee renovation, refurbishment, and improvement projects.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.
- Prepare and monitor maintenance budgets and control costs.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure facilities are well maintained.
- Prepare reports on maintenance activities and facility performance.
