We are looking for a Sales Executive & Tele caller – Personal Loans & Credit Cards to join our team.
The ideal candidate is a confident, smart, and highly motivated sales professional with strong experience in selling Personal Loans and Credit Cards over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
* Contact potential customers through outbound calls.
* Promote and sell Personal Loan and Credit Card products.
* Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable banking products.
* Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
* Maintain strong and professional follow-up with interested customers until closure.
* Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline.
* Handle objections confidently and convert leads into successful applications.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
* Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
Ideal Candidate:
* Strong telesales and communication skills.
* Target-driven with a proven ability to achieve excellent KPIs.
* Excellent follow-up and closing skills.
* Confident, persuasive, energetic, and results-oriented.
* Previous UAE banking sales experience in Personal Loans and/or Credit Cards is highly preferred.
We are looking for someone who is not only good at making calls, but who knows how to convert, follow up, close deals, and consistently deliver strong sales results.
Pay: AED2,000.00 – AED4,000.00 per month
