Establish approval workflows for all expenditures.
Ensure every expense is supported by valid business justification.
Hold department heads accountable for budget overruns.
Promote a culture where "every riyal spent delivers measurable business value."
4. Project Financial Management
Monitor project profitability.
Review project invoices, claims, and payment milestones.
Identify cost overruns early and recommend corrective actions.
5. Cash Flow & Working Capital
Manage receivables and payables.
Ensure timely collection from clients.
Optimize vendor payments while maintaining healthy cash flow.
6. Compliance & Risk Management
7. Procurement & Contract Review
Review major purchase requests.
Verify commercial terms and pricing.
Ensure procurement follows approved budgets and company policies.
8. Financial Reporting
Prepare monthly MIS reports, profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and management dashboards.
Establish accountability through cost ownership by each department.
Use KPIs to monitor financial discipline.
Ensure no payment is processed without proper documentation and approvals.
