This opportunity is suited to people who enjoy meeting clients, developing business relationships, and working toward measurable sales results. You will work with owners, buyers, landlords, tenants, and investors while helping them navigate residential, commercial, and off-plan property opportunities.
Candidates with experience in sales, customer service, business development, or real estate are welcome. Previous real estate experience is not essential for candidates who demonstrate the right attitude, communication skills, and willingness to learn.
Your Role
- Prospect for new business through property owners, landlords, developers, referrals, and direct client outreach
- Build relationships with property owners and develop a strong portfolio of available properties
- Understand client needs and shortlist suitable properties based on budget, location, purpose, and investment goals
- Manage enquiries generated through property portals, social media, telephone calls, referrals, and other marketing channels
- Arrange appointments, property tours, inspections, and client meetings
- Present property information, pricing, payment plans, locations, and relevant investment details clearly
- Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects and convert qualified enquiries into active opportunities
- Assist clients during offer discussions and negotiations between the relevant parties
- Coordinate with colleagues and administrative staff to keep transactions moving toward completion
- Maintain accurate information regarding listings, clients, leads, appointments, and follow-ups
- Stay updated on new projects, market prices, area developments, and current investment opportunities
- Work toward personal sales goals while supporting the overall performance of the team
