Key Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Identify workforce requirements in coordination with all departments and develop annual and quarterly recruitment plans.
2. Source, attract, and recruit qualified industrial and engineering talent from both local and international markets.
3. Manage and publish job advertisements across recruitment platforms, professional networks, and social media channels.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with universities, technical institutes, vocational training centers, and professional organizations to attract top talent.
5. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate candidates based on technical and behavioral competencies.
6. Coordinate with technical and department managers to conduct specialized interviews and select the most suitable candidates.
7. Recruit and hire qualified professionals in the following fields:
– Mechanical and Electrical Engineering
– Engineering Design and Development
– Production, Operations, and Quality Management
– Maintenance and Industrial Automation
– Welding, Machining, Assembly, and Hydraulic Systems
8. Manage the entire recruitment process from candidate sourcing through onboarding, including job offers, employment contracts, and compliance with company and legal requirements.
9. Establish and maintain a comprehensive database of industrial and engineering professionals for current and future hiring needs.
10. Prepare periodic recruitment reports, including hiring performance indicators, workforce requirements, and recruitment progress.
11. Contribute to strengthening the company’s employer brand and positioning it as an employer of choice for industrial and engineering professionals.
12. Achieve recruitment targets within established timelines while maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
