Job Title: Real Estate Administrator/ Property Management Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Property Management Executive to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with landlords, acquiring new property management contracts, managing owner communications, and identifying business growth opportunities. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced real estate environment.

Key Responsibilities

Landlord Acquisition & Business Development

  • Acquire new landlords and expand the company’s property management portfolio.
  • Promote Property Management services and secure new management agreements.
  • Present the benefits of long-term property management partnerships.
  • Achieve monthly landlord acquisition targets.

Property Owner Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners.
  • Conduct owner onboarding and ensure all owner profiles are complete and up to date.
  • Maintain accurate records of owner assets, investment plans, and property details.
  • Provide regular support regarding renewals, service charges, and rent optimization.

Property Management Operations

  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth property management services.
  • Monitor property management agreements and ensure timely renewals.
  • Maintain organized documentation and compliance records.

Listings & Business Growth

  • Generate new property listings from managed properties.
  • Identify resale opportunities and off-market inventory.
  • Work closely with the Sales Team to maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Support the conversion of landlords and tenants into property buyers and investors.

Marketing & Client Engagement

  • Share property management success stories and market insights with the Marketing team.
  • Support promotional campaigns aimed at increasing landlord acquisition and brand awareness.

Reporting & Performance

  • Prepare weekly reports covering:
  • New landlord acquisitions
  • Property management agreements
  • Listings generated
  • Resale opportunities
  • Buyer referrals
  • Participate in KPI reviews and contribute to continuous process improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Property Management, Real Estate, or Customer Relationship Management.
  • Arabic Speaker is mandatory.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent organizational and administrative abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Immediate joiners will be given preference.

Pay: Up to AED5,000.00 per month
