Job Opportunity – R&D Specialist
Location: Jeddah
Responsibilities:
Developing and monitoring new products from concept to market launch.
Researching suppliers and manufacturers and communicating with them locally and internationally.
Preparing and reviewing technical specifications for products and raw materials.
Analyzing prices and costs and preparing comparisons and feasibility studies.
Negotiating with suppliers to obtain the best prices and commercial terms.
Monitoring samples and trials, sensory evaluation, and product approval.
Coordinating with factories and suppliers to ensure project execution according to specified timelines.
Monitoring product performance in branches and analyzing sales and turnover rates.
Monitoring inventory levels and suggesting supply and reorder plans.
Monitoring product quality and addressing operational and developmental issues.
Studying markets and competitors and suggesting development opportunities and new products.
Preparing periodic reports and performance indicators specific to products.
Coordinating with various departments to ensure successful product launches and achieve commercial objectives.
