Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in estimation related to steel works, civil works, and interior fit-out projects.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in estimation.
- Knowledge of Steel, Civil, and Interior Fit-Out works is mandatory.
- Ability to prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs, and cost estimates.
- Good understanding of project drawings and specifications.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and estimation software (preferred).
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Female candidates with their own visa are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate quantity take-offs and cost estimates.
- Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
- Request and compare supplier and subcontractor quotations.
- Assist in preparing tender submissions and project cost reports.
- Coordinate with the design and project teams during the estimation process.
Preferred Candidate
- Female candidate with own visa.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
