Quantity Surveyor / Cost Estimator (CostX) Jobs in Remote at Quadra Plus
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quantity Surveyor / Cost Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in CostX for quantity takeoff, cost estimation, and Bill of Quantities (BOQ) preparation. Experience with similar estimating software is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform accurate 2D and 3D quantity takeoffs using CostX.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documentation.
- Analyze construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
- Review subcontractor and supplier quotations.
- Monitor project costs and prepare cost reports throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support tender submissions and value engineering initiatives.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, architects, and procurement teams.
- Maintain estimating databases and pricing information.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in quantity surveying or construction estimating.
- Proficiency in CostX is required.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and estimating principles.
- Ability to interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Preferred Software Experience
Candidates with experience in one or more of the following software will have an advantage:

Pay: AED2,537.39 – AED12,251.77 per month
