Accounts Payable Accountant Jobs in Dubai at New Era Supermarket LLC
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and process supplier invoices, payment vouchers, and accounts payable transactions.
- Verify invoices, purchase orders, and delivery documents before processing payments.
- Prepare supplier payment schedules and ensure timely payments.
- Maintain accurate records of supplier accounts and reconcile outstanding balances.
- Perform supplier statement reconciliation and resolve discrepancies.
- Monitor accounts payable aging reports and follow up on pending invoices.
- Process petty cash, expenses, and related accounting entries.
- Coordinate with purchasing, branches, and suppliers regarding invoice and payment issues.
- Assist in month-end closing activities and prepare required reports.
- Ensure proper filing and documentation of all payable-related transactions.
- Follow company policies and accounting procedures.
Pay: AED4,000.00 – AED5,000.00 per month
