Update the HSE data , non conformities and control the inputs to facilitate ISO 22000-2015 Standard& IMS requirements
Responsible for all documentation update through the concerned department to ensure all SOP’s and PRP’s and work instructions are followed to maintain ISO 22000 Standardand IMS .
Investigate the food and personel related non conformances for food production and service areas and preparation of an investigation report for management to identify root cause .
Plan and conduct Management review meeting with identified data for review with Management and Stake Holders .
Conduct staff traiining at appropriate intervals on food Safety anf Hygiene .
