Roles & Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain gypsum ceilings and partitions.
- Perform carpentry works, including doors, cabinets, and general wood repairs.
- Carry out painting, touch-ups, and surface finishing works.
- Conduct general civil maintenance and repair of building interiors.
- Inspect maintenance issues and complete repairs in a timely manner.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain quality workmanship.
Requirements:
- Experience in gypsum, partition, carpentry, and painting works.
- Ability to use maintenance tools and equipment safely.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience preferred.
