Lumber World is looking for a dynamic and experienced Purchase Executive to join our team in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
- Procure building materials and related products as per company requirements.
- Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
- Prepare purchase orders and follow up on deliveries.
- Maintain supplier relationships and identify new vendors.
- Coordinate with warehouse and project teams to ensure timely material availability.
- Maintain proper purchasing records and documentation.
Requirements:
✔ Minimum 2–5 years of purchasing experience in the UAE, preferably in the building materials industry.
✔ Strong negotiation and communication skills.
✔ Good knowledge of suppliers and the local market.
✔ Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (SAP experience is an advantage).
Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month
