Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Specialist role based in Abu Dhabi. The Real Estate Specialist will support clients through the full property lifecycle, including property search, viewings, negotiations, and transaction coordination. Daily responsibilities include maintaining up-to-date knowledge of local market trends, preparing and presenting property listings, and managing documentation for sales and leases. The role involves delivering high-quality customer service, responding promptly to client inquiries, and providing clear guidance on pricing, contracts, and legal requirements. The Real Estate Specialist will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth, compliant, and timely real estate transactions.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and practical experience in Real Estate and Real Property, including local market regulations and transaction processes.
- Demonstrated Customer Service skills, with the ability to listen actively, communicate clearly, and build long-term client relationships.
- Experience in Sales within the real estate sector, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Background in Real Estate Development or exposure to development projects, planning, and property investment is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
- Ability to work on-site, manage multiple client engagements simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail in all client and transaction interactions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field is preferred; relevant certifications or licenses are beneficial.
