Job Overview
Space and Place is looking for a motivated and results-driven Property Consultant to join our growing real estate team. If you have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and experience in the Dubai real estate market, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing professional real estate advice.
- Follow up on company-provided leads and convert them into successful transactions.
- Conduct property viewings and explain property features and market trends.
- Negotiate offers and agreements between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
- Maintain accurate client records and update the CRM system regularly.
- Stay informed about the Dubai real estate market, property regulations, and new developments.
- Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to the team’s overall performance.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the real estate industry REQUIRED
- Fluent in Hindi and English (reading, writing, and speaking).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and customer service orientation.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- A valid UAE driving licence is an advantage but not mandatory.
