We are looking for strong, decision-making leaders from the contracting industry who can drive projects, manage teams, and contribute to the strategic growth of the company.

The Ideal Candidate
- Proven track record within reputable construction contracting companies
- Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts and project management practices
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects, manage multidisciplinary teams, and coordinate with consultants and subcontractors
- Confident decision-maker capable of working independently
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to deliver projects successfully
- Age preferably below 45 years
- UAE/GCC experience is highly preferred
