EVO Wallet, a leading fintech company, is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives, oversee cross-functional projects, and drive the successful delivery of digital transformation programs.
Job Summary
The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and closing projects while ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, budgets, and quality standards. The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and project governance capabilities, preferably within the fintech, banking, or technology sectors.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end project management activities from initiation to completion.
• Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Manage project scope, timelines, and deliverables while ensuring adherence to quality standards.
• Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration across business, operations, compliance, and technology teams.
• Support the implementation of digital transformation and fintech initiatives.
• Ensure projects comply with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
• Drive continuous improvement in project management methodologies and processes.
