A leading Fiberglass Factory in Umm Al Quwain is looking for an experienced and results-driven Production Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and supervise daily production operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor production schedules and ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the production team.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and company procedures.
- Optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
- Coordinate with the procurement, warehouse, maintenance, and sales departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare production reports and analyze performance to achieve operational targets.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Production Manager in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in the fiberglass, composites, construction materials, or industrial manufacturing sector is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and team management abilities.
- Good knowledge of production planning, quality control, and health & safety standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production reporting systems.
