- Full Project Lifecycle Leadership: Direct all phases of mega construction and utility projects, including design review, procurement, site construction, execution supervision, pre-commissioning, startup, final commissioning, and handover, as well as long-term Operation & Maintenance (O&M) management for water, wastewater, and district cooling facilities.
- Multi-Model Contract Management: Oversee project delivery under diverse contract frameworks including EPCM, BOT, and DBFO models. Manage contractual obligations, risk allocation, project financing coordination, stakeholder agreements, and post-handover operational compliance to ensure full contract fulfillment.
- Strategic Business & Project Governance: Develop and execute long-term project strategies, establish standardized business continuity plans, and align project operations with company commercial and growth objectives. Conduct project performance reviews, strategic forecasting, and continuous process optimization to improve project return on investment (ROI).
- Large Team & Subcontractor Management: Lead and manage large-scale project teams with 300+ on-site staff, engineers, and subcontractor workforces. Oversee subcontractor agreement administration, vendor performance evaluation, resource allocation, and cross-department coordination to maintain smooth site operations and workforce productivity.
- Technical & Operational Oversight: Provide senior technical guidance for utilities and facility projects, specializing in water treatment, wastewater management, and district cooling systems. Implement process intensification and technical optimization solutions to enhance project efficiency, system stability, and operational sustainability.
- Energy & Sustainability Integration: Integrate energy management best practices into project delivery, including energy audit implementation, carbon capture and emission reduction strategies, and renewable energy resource utilization. Drive sustainable construction and operational practices aligned with Saudi Vision 2030 environmental targets.
- Risk, Quality & Compliance Control: Identify and mitigate project technical, commercial, schedule, and safety risks. Ensure full compliance with Saudi building codes, construction safety standards, civil defense regulations, and company quality management systems. Lead safety inspections, quality audits, and project risk reviews on a regular basis.
- Stakeholder & Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary senior point of contact for clients, consultants, government authorities, and key project stakeholders. Manage project reporting, resolve escalated site and commercial issues, and maintain long-term strategic business partnerships.
- Cost & Schedule Management: Oversee project budgeting, cost control, progress scheduling, and variation order management. Monitor project cash flow, minimize cost overruns, and ensure timely project completion with optimized financial performance
