We Are Hiring: General Maintenance Technician

Role Overview:
We are looking for a versatile technician with proven hands-on experience in property upkeep, with a heavy emphasis on Air Conditioning (AC) systems.
Requirements & Qualifications:
AC Expertise: Substantial experience in AC maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair (Essential).
Multi-Trade Skills: Basic working knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical systems.
Specialization: Core competency/specialization in at least one key maintenance field.
Attributes: Strong problem-solving ability, reliability, and attention to detail.
