Ducting Chargehand Jobs in Dubai at Al Taweq AlDhabi Tech. Cont.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience in duct installation and HVAC systems, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of building codes and safety regulations related to ductwork installation.
Valid Driver License and Reliable Transportation. Punctual.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in HVAC or related field.
Experience with project management software and tools.
Previous experience in a leadership role within a construction environment.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead a team of duct installers on-site, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
Review project plans and specifications to determine the layout and installation requirements for ductwork.
Coordinate with other trades and project managers to schedule work and resolve any conflicts that may arise.
Conduct regular inspections of duct installations to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Provide training and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and skill development.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 – AED4,000.00 per month
