Job Summary:

The Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and completion of projects by coordinating between internal teams, clients, and stakeholders. The role ensures smooth communication, proper documentation, timely follow-ups, and efficient project workflow from initiation to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, scheduling, and monitoring project activities
  • Coordinate between project teams, site staff, consultants, and clients
  • Track project progress and ensure deadlines are met
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and records
  • Follow up on approvals, materials, drawings, and deliverables
  • Organize and attend project meetings, preparing minutes of meeting (MOM)
  • Monitor project budgets, costs, and resource allocation in coordination with management
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and company policies
  • Identify project risks, delays, and report issues to management
  • Maintain communication flow between office and site teams
  • Support procurement and logistics coordination when required
  • Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for management review

Pay: AED4,000.00 – AED5,000.00 per hour
