Job Title:

Production Floor Supervisor Modular Construction(Interior Fit Out and Finishing)

Job Summary:

We seek a handson Production Floor Supervisorwith expertise in interior fitout and finishing to oversee factoryproduction. The role focuses on maintaining highquality standardsin production and finishing with occasional sitecoordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Production Supervision:  Oversee dailyfactory production ensuring tasks meet specifications anddeadlines.  Maintain highquality finishingstandards including painting joinery and MEP integration. Allocate resources monitor workflows and resolveproduction issues promptly.

Quality Control

:  Inspect units during postproduction toensure compliance with client and company standards. Implement quality protocols to ensure defectfreeoutputs. Site Coordination(Occasionnel):  Support final installation andfitout phases onsite as needed.

Team Leadership

:  Supervise and mentor productionstaff to maintain accountability and excellence.

Collaborate with factory managers and other teams toensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

Experience:

3 years in the interior fitout industry with a focus onfinishing works.  Previous experiencesupervising production teams.

Skills:

Expertise in finishing techniques (painting joinery MEPintegration).  Strong

attention to detail

andproblemsolving skills.  Basic site coordinationknowledge is a plus.

Education:

Diploma or certification in construction fit out or arelated field preferred. Technical Knowledge:  Familiarity with tools and equipmentused in finishing works.  Key Skills  Time Management,Fashion Retail,Microsoft Office,Customer Service,
