Responsibilities:
Develop and implement annual procurement strategies and plans aligned with the company’s objectives.
Manage the entire procurement cycle from Purchase Requests (PR) to Purchase Orders (PO).
Research new suppliers, evaluate them, and build long-term strategic relationships.
Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best commercial terms (prices, payment, delivery).
Supervise the evaluation of supplier performance regularly against quality and efficiency standards.
Coordinate with various departments (projects, finance, warehouses) to ensure operational needs are met.
Prepare and analyze periodic reports related to procurement and costs.
Lead contract negotiations and secure the best terms without compromising quality.
Manage inventory levels in coordination with warehouse management to avoid shortages or excess.
Lead the procurement team and develop their skills and enhance performance efficiency.
Contribute to the preparation of estimated costs and support pricing operations.
Monitor market fluctuations and prices and propose cost-reduction opportunities.
Ensure compliance of materials and services with specifications and established standards.
Adhere to policies and procedures and governance of procurement operations.
