Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Contract Manager with a strong background in engineering consultancy and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in tendering, contract administration, and commercial management within the UAE/GCC.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage tender documents, including BOQs, specifications, and contract conditions
- Evaluate technical and financial bids and prepare tender evaluation reports
- Manage the full contract lifecycle from award to close-out
- Review and certify contractors’ and consultants’ payments and variations
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and claims
- Monitor contract compliance and ensure adherence to project terms
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and authorities
- Handle contractual correspondences, claims, and dispute resolution
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field
- Minimum 15+ years of experience in contracts management / quantity surveying
- Must have experience in engineering consultancy firms in UAE/GCC
- Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts
- Proven experience with large-scale infrastructure or building projects
- Strong skills in tendering, evaluation, and contract negotiation
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
