Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 7–10 years of relevant construction experience and a proven track record in managing and coordinating projects from planning through completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with project specifications.
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular progress reports for management.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Review project drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and contractual requirements.
- Manage site resources, manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently.
- Identify project risks and propose practical solutions to maintain project schedules.
- Prepare and review method statements, work schedules, and material submittals.
- Attend project meetings and provide technical support to the site team.
- Assist in project planning, cost control, and project close-out activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- 7–10 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
- Proven experience in:
- Interior Fit-Out Works
- Civil Works
- Infrastructure Works
- Landscape Works
- Building Construction
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project planning, and site management.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- UAE experience is preferred.
