Position: Global Procurement Buyer
Responsibilities:
Review and approve new Purchase
Requisition
submissions through the Procure-to-Pay platform on Oracle Cloud.
Monitor and manage allrequisitions and purchase orders throughout the PR/PO lifecycleincluding business partner outreach, updating ownership, changeorders, and closing Purchase Orders.
Identifyand report non-compliant Purchase
Requisition
s by followinginternal policies and procedures.
Provideguidance, training, and
education
on the Procurement policy andprocess for business partners (i.e. How to Create Purchase
Requisition
s, Understanding of Procurement Compliance, and Commercial Contracts).Focus on day-to-dayoperational effectiveness by ensuring timely responses are providedto cross-functional stakeholders and drive issues toresolution.
Assist with monitoring, triaging,and resolving tickets within the Procurement helpdesk.
Support other ad hoc projects asassigned.
Initial training will be providedduring PST time zone hours (9 am – 5 pmPST).100%
Remote work
Skills:
Minimum 4 years of indirectprocurement/analyst/buyer or relatedexperience.
Focused experience on indirectprocurement categories (Professional Services, Marketing, Workplace Operations, SaaS, etc).
– Must Have Multilingual  (desired) (e.g.,Cantonese/Mandarin, Spanish, and/or French). The main language ofbusiness is English.
Understanding of Source to Contract, Procure to Pay (P2P), and PR/PO lifecycles.
– Must Have Experience  with reading/understandingcommercial contracts – Must Have Strong Â
communication skills

Experience with
P2P systems,Purchase
Requisition
Modules (Oracle Cloud preferred), JIRA,Salesforce, Contract Repositories, and ticketing systems a plus.
-Must Have Experience working with various
Finance and Business Systems.
