About Media Agency

Our Media agency is a growing digital marketing and branding agency specializing in creative marketing solutions, social media management, branding, web development, and business growth strategies and Media Production. We are looking for a highly organized and professional Personal Secretary to support the management team in daily operations.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage the Managing Director’s calendar, meetings, and appointments.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents.
  • Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Arrange travel, meetings, and business events when required.
  • Maintain confidential records and company documents.
  • Follow up on ongoing projects and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Assist with office administration and day-to-day operations.
  • Welcome visitors and represent the company in a professional manner.
  • Perform other administrative tasks assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Female candidate currently residing in the UAE.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a Personal Secretary, Executive Assistant, or Administrative Assistant.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Well-groomed, professional, confident, and presentable.
  • Smart, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Positive attitude with strong problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in a digital marketing or advertising agency is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and office management systems.
  • Social media knowledge is a plus.
