Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Arabic & English speaking Customer Sales Coordinator (European/British/Australian Speaking Accent) to support our fragrance sales team in managing customer accounts, processing orders, and ensuring smooth coordination between internal departments. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the fragrance industry with strong communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up on sales orders.
  • Coordinate sampling requests, maintain sample inventory, and ensure timely dispatch.
  • Assist the sales team in preparing presentations, pricing sheets, and product documents.
  • Manage and update the CRM system with customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Process purchase orders accurately and ensure all required specifications are captured.
  • Coordinate with production, QC, logistics, and finance teams to ensure on-time order fulfilment.
  • Track order status, delivery timelines, and communicate updates to customers.
  • Prepare sales reports, order summaries, and monthly performance dashboards.
  • Maintain strong communication with customers regarding product availability, shipment updates, and documentation requirements.
  • Support the sales team in developing long-term client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare commercial invoices, COAs, technical documents, packing lists, and other shipment documents.
  • Ensure all documents meet UAE and international export requirements.
  • Keep records of contracts, agreements, and pricing files neatly organized.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator, preferably in the fragrance industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Strong communication in Arabic and English
  • Knowledge of fragrance raw materials, oils, and industry standards preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with ERP/CRM systems (SAP, Odoo, Zoho, etc.)
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment is an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED10,000.00 – AED15,000.00 per month
